We read in the full version for children and this is an indespensible aid to understanding the descriptive history. The pictures are excellent and very precise descriptions. Historical notes put history in context from which it was written (wonder, either an electric motor that existing knowledge of marine life, predictions about the diving equipment). Children can meet in everything I read and the text is very close. I recommend as a reading aid.

an amazing book! I made this in 5th Year (not for students who at the age of VOCs. Difficile) and Scince that age, I would recommend an oceanographer Scince. You can never look at the sea itself!

I have this book interesting and wonder why I never read it before now. As an adult, I think Jules Verne, it is a fantastic author – well ahead of its time. This book made me curious to read any more of Verne.
