I bought this netbook to go ahead with a professional conference a month ago and I am thrilled with his performance. The battery lasts almost as long as they say (somewhere between 7-8 hours), much shorter depending on what you used applications. The keyboard is large enough for easy entry and the machine runs smoothly. It is thin enough that you put in a purse big enough and it takes almost everywhere.
I had the Windows 7Version, you need the downloaded free treatment "package" Beta version of Windows 2010, which is sufficient for my writing and the PowerPoint presentation. It took some experimentation, such as the application layout is different from Windows XP is used to, but now I go between applications with ease.
The netbook is very light but very strong and the biggest pile of 9 hours is only slightly heavier than the 3-hour version. So it is for me to have a rewardingis running a little more weight, but much more time. An excellent choice for private use and the basic needs of the work. I recommend this model.
