It is a laptop.
1st The buttons are easy to type.
2nd The built-in microphone and webcam work great (if you do not act, that is Studio)
3rd Easy to use and with (as most other netbooks, I guess travel)
4th Great battery life!

Except, of course, a few minor problems.

1st He did not come with a CD for the operating systems. What happens if it fails? Give us a call or customer service via e-mail?
2nd The multi-gesture pad is not as sensitiveas it is comfortable for me. Sometimes it works great. Other times, I make several attempts before it works.
3rd The surface is not very smudge-proof. Once the protective film is removed, you can see your fingerprints very easily.

I always recommend this notebook to others. And the most important question for me is the OS CD I would have liked to have.

Not working activation code Windows XP – Edhin Garcia –
I once tried to enter the activation code from Windows several times since I got my laptop, but it seems that the code is wrong, I think it is a scam. In contrast, Amazon is a good idea to buy a product that has come very quickly, and why I live in Venezuela, have only 10 days. Thank you.

perfect computer for my Internet everyday .. I wish they would do that with a CD player. Overall, everything is going good .. Super easy to use .. much cheaper than Dell and HP, and I hate them all, I broke the screen (I was 4 in the last two years!) and hope it lasts but for the price I give him an A +? would order.

Overall I am very happy with the LT2114u, but there are some shortcomings. The advantages and disadvantages, after about four weeks of use. This is my first Netbook of the way so that they have used only my impressions, previously scheduled books.

Benefits
1st The battery is great. It was announced at 10:00 clock and I have about 6 showed the use of light and electricity meters for about 30% left.

2nd It is very easy
3rd Peace
4th Boots very fast with XP. I wouldin less than 20 seconds. Shutdown seems just as fast.
5th Application performance is decent and I think it with a laptop 4 years old Athlon CPU, I would have to be committed. Basically disadvantages fine, no problem in general (see)
6th on Wireless-N network. Seems to be able to impose a fine stream video

Cons
1st Bluetooth radio. I had problems with one day. I think it is a problem, but the documentation does not specify whether the system is normal or not. I think it's a hardware or software error.Basically, the Bluetooth radio does not stay enabled after a shutdown and startup. It remains under stress, or sleep after hibernation.

2nd Bluetooth wireless seems to be losing the connection a few minutes and connect I have to enable / disable the radio for him with my bluetooth mouse (MS Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000)

I bought this laptop (Black LT2032u) at Best Buy a few days before Black Friday, and until now, I'm pretty impressed. Bought my wife, because it may be obtained completely unable to on my computer (I'm still on them). Plus, it's so small and light that can down in entertainment center left, instead of upward to the computer room to go use a computer.

It's form factor is almost the perfect size. My only complaints are the following:
1. The keyboard is a bit crampedmy hands (to bigger but it is a netbook, so I can not really blame it, as I knew what we were buying)
2. The fact that the edges of the lid does not have lips or stops, you open the cover can be closed if a bit difficult. Many times I have to use my fingernail to begin prying the lid from the base. Overall not a deal breaker by any means, but can sometimes be a nuisance.
3. It comes with a backup utility to backup gateway for the PC, but since laptops(do not come with a recordable DVD drive, or any other in this case), the program says no drive is present, and not make a backup. I personally believe that this error was that Gateway would have to check and change the program so that you write to a DVD player, if a you, or write an image on the disk, so you can move it to another PC on the network and burn it to DVD.

The PC itself is working well. He came with the standard Atom 270, 1GB of RAM, integrated graphics card, built inWebcam, etc., but this has had a hard disk of 250 GB instead of 160 GB hard drive, and it came with Windows 7 starter. Even if I do not care how Win 7 Starter downgraded again, I can not blame that for the bridge (error from Microsoft). I immediately upgraded to a 2GB RAM chip (instead of 1 GB), and it is fast enough, with this addition. Furthermore, I have installed Google Chrome (which is much faster than IE, Firefox, and even a bit), and cruising the Internet with ease. I also uninstalled all Norton flatulenceProduct, and installed Windows Security Essentials virus, believe it or not, is really good and easy (perfect) for a netbook. Oh, and it's free! Also removed from the test version of Microsoft Office, OpenOffice and installed (as well, light and very good) for a netbook.

250 gb Hard Drive is really 220gb Total Hard Drive – Beware! – wiimi –
This product was bought in good faith, that I have 250GB. If you are the hard drive in "My Computer" there are only 220 GB, a total no additional partition, total. Call Gateway Customer Corporate Services, has received a skin, he talked back to a computer to the seller to send or call their technical support. **** UPDATE There is now a way to the screen on this device (not change, and buy all the other PC with Windows 7 starters), without any Apps. I am sure that it is against policy for me to Amazon for the link, just Google "Windows 7 start screen changer. It works great and is very easy to use.

I bought this to replace my aging Asus eeePC 900HDB (actually, I originally bought Asus 1005HAB, returned), but for the benefit of staff and I am more than satisfied. Sameright out of the box (minus the crapware clean boot, of course), this netbook is dynamic and in a better position. I quickly installed Firefox with plugins 6'ish, Office 2007, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and some other programs and I look forward to all work perfectly to say. He began to slow down a little when I see a lot of CPU / memory intensive applications had to run simultaneously, but that's to be expected, and I had to really push their limits in order to slow it.

I then replaced 1gbChip memory to 2 GB Module 677 and after cloning with Acronis, the 250 GB 5400 RPM Western Digital Out for a Blue 320 GB 7200 RPM Western Digital Black players changed and now this thing absolutely flies! I also recommend upgrades for those who are little more than one user could in "power" to be, and at least upgrade the memory to rest.

I really have no cons to list. This gateway LT2032u Black Netbook proved to be very much. I have less than a week now and so far I love it.

If you get a case for it, be aware that the 6-cell battery, it is too big for most cases SLIM (viewing battery about an inch high when closed). I (me in a thin case, but the battery pull the zipper and therefore can not be completely closed. I just wanted something in a bag that I had, it would be protected andThis is now OK.

Speaking of battery – the cell-life of six years is incredible. Dimmed in sleep mode, the screen brightness at 10%, said windows around 9 hours of battery life. I shall occasionally a free USB broadband WiMax and sucking much power (the engine 3 is estimatedHours of battery life is running with it). Netflix is going well on the entire screen. NBC online video become unstable over the entire screen, but it works very well in the eyes of normal size (always fills much of the screen. I have not tested HD videos uploaded to YouTube.

The speakers do not receivevery strong, but I do not want a machine for just over a loud speaker. The headphone and microphone jacks are conveniently placed on the side, so they are out of whack.

The brightness of the LED screen is really bright. I find that most of the time I run it at reduced brightness (70%) and did not lose any detail in the pictures.

The track-pad is tiny, but very functional. Many great options for customizing it. The multi-touch gestures are also practicallyI'm glad they included on the gateway computer.

The video on the webcam is good – not stellar, but very nice – better than the bigger cam in my laptop built. The microphone is decent and. This is great for Skype calls while sitting at my desk or work full-sized laptop. I can run in full screen mode Skype and productive still on my other computer!

The keypad buttons are well sized. I'm not too much trouble with command – The exceptionThe backspace key is too small. I want to be bigger and more sacrifice instead of the size – and = buttons. I find it sometimes seems to me = instead of backtracking. In addition, the keyboard no traction / friction have, so you never quite like the fingers in the right places are feeling. In addition, FN "The features, a deep red – which may give a little difficult to read on the black keys.

I have seen elsewhere on the noisy fan – not yet (and notexpected). The machine is not warm.

Hinges to open and close smoothly over the entire movement. The machine is solid, but not too heavy.

Overall, this computer is one of the best values out there for this type of product, and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Very good netbook, at a very good price – K. Michalec –
I bought this laptop (Black LT2032u) at Best Buy a few days before Black Friday, and until now, I'm pretty impressed. Bought my wife, because it may be obtained completely unable to on my computer (I'm still on them). Plus, it's so small and light that can down in entertainment center left, instead of upward to the computer room to go use a computer.

It's form factor is almost the perfect size. My only complaints are the following:
1. The keyboard is a bit crampedmy hands (to bigger but it is a netbook, so I can not really blame it, as I knew what we were buying)
2. The fact that the edges of the lid does not have lips or stops, you open the cover can be closed if a bit difficult. Many times I have to use my fingernail to begin prying the lid from the base. Overall not a deal breaker by any means, but can sometimes be a nuisance.
3. It comes with a backup utility to backup gateway for the PC, but since laptops(do not come with a recordable DVD drive, or any other in this case), the program says no drive is present, and not make a backup. I personally believe that this error was that Gateway would have to check and change the program so that you write to a DVD player, if a you, or write an image on the disk, so you can move it to another PC on the network and burn it to DVD.

The PC itself is working well. He came with the standard Atom 270, 1GB of RAM, integrated graphics card, built inWebcam, etc., but this has had a hard disk of 250 GB instead of 160 GB hard drive, and it came with Windows 7 starter. Even if I do not care how Win 7 Starter downgraded again, I can not blame that for the bridge (error from Microsoft). I immediately upgraded to a 2GB RAM chip (instead of 1 GB), and it is fast enough, with this addition. Furthermore, I have installed Google Chrome (which is much faster than IE, Firefox, and even a bit), and cruising the Internet with ease. I also uninstalled all Norton flatulenceProduct, and installed Windows Security Essentials virus, believe it or not, is really good and easy (perfect) for a netbook. Oh, and it's free! Also removed from the test version of Microsoft Office, OpenOffice and installed (as well, light and very good) for a netbook.

After two weeks playing with him (yes, I know, I bought ostensibly for my wife), I never found myself going up stairs to the computer room, my home PC use (A new 6 months old Toshiba laptop that) much andInstead, I can do most of what I need on this one.

Really not all other issues (cause other than those indicated above), and I must say, we are very happy that we get it. Moreover, when it sold to Best Buy for $ 279, it was a great price, taking into account all other netbooks with Win 7 and a drive of 250 GB at least $ 350 were. I originally used the Toshiba NB205-N330, but it was $ 399 +. Yes, it can be a N280 instead of N270 had the bridge, and a little fasterBus speed and Bluetooth (I buy a USB Bluetooth adapter for $ 4, if I save one), but at more than $ 120, it was worth it. I do not think I really noticed the difference too large (at least not when I played well at Best Buy Side by Side).

I am very glad I bought it and I recommend it. Even some of my friends who came and I showed them, were very impressed. Save money and go with the higher the price, ToshibaAsus, etc. You will not be disappointed!

I can simply say that this is one of the best netbooks, which I will ever use. I bought these for sale on Black Friday from Best Buy for $ 279.00 and worth every penny. Windows 7 is very powerful on this machine and boots on the desk is completely extinguished in about 15-20 seconds. So far the experience is very positive. This little machine is running frighteningly World of Warcraft (ofcourse perfectly on low graphics settings) absolutley. Great buy, I would not tell anyone!

I was LT2030u Gateway for three weeks, and I am thoroughly enjoy it. I use a computer at full size with all the bells and whistles in a home office, and now to update multiple websites and I maintain that the nature and / or print large documents. The Gateway LT2030u allowed me to go "green" because consumes very little power compared to my full format and computer peripherals, as well as heating and lighting of office. I can open the door by the house, use, or for that matter,everywhere on my property.

The LT2030u Gateway is very easy to configure. To open the box, go online to me about 15 minutes, taking my time. I quickly found my wireless network quickly and locked. There is a great looking computer with a keyboard that is logically organized for easy use. The battery life is impressive. The form reminds me of the Energizer Bunny in that it just keep going!

I added a wireless mouse that requires no installation at all. TheGateway immediately recognizes it mean every time you start and is certainly easier web browsing. I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser and it is exceptionally easy to download, install and use. Also OpenOffice to create and to read documents and spreadsheets.

I recommend the Gateway LT2030u!
