I bought this netbook 6 months ago. After six months of this netbook is still working perfectly. For the price you can not beat it. Ideal for people who travel a lot and students. It just fits on the highlands of the plane and in the offices of the universities, in contrast to more cumbersome laptop. The processor is fast and hard disk 160 GB should be enough room for all your plans to be with a Netbook. It is very durable, I fell a few times in class to a height of about 3 feet and were notProblems with it. The webcam and microphone are also better than I expected. The graphics card is not large, but it can be expected in a netbook. Gambling is not always possible with onboard video, but film is not a problem.

Total netbook large, highly recommended.

Don’t waste your money – Just a Dreamer – Texas
I would have spent that money on a laptop REAL. When I bought was about $ 400. I really wish I had bought a laptop for real money. I had no idea that the laptops are sold, has become so much cheaper. This laptop is worthless. It is OK if all you want is to surf the Internet. But if you Facebook games, remember to play it, it lags something terrible. For price 400.00 or more, you can buy a laptop from Nice. The size is wonderful, but the delay makes you want it on the floor and throwStomp on it.grrrrrr

I had this machine for the trip, and I wanted a keyboard for the size and long battery life. I'm all that and a little more. He makes all things, a laptop, and he does well. No complaints from me because it does what I expected.

Power and style – NorthStar –
I will only say: This thing is able to run After Effects CS3, OpenOffice and Firefox simultaneously, no problem. Undermined the battery, but it is a small downside to this ability. God bless you!

I spent much time looking for a netbook that the OS would support my choice with a minimum of work for me – not to play with kext and DellEFI or nothing. I was under a lot of source material OS X as possible to work without installing alternatives (eg, Wi-Fi card). The S10 is ideal for editing.

My advice would be to the properties of both dependent and independent discussion of the operating system.

The building is to some of high quality comparedNetbooks I have used. The plastic does not creak or bend when you open the lid or pick up. It weighs only 3 kg. But it feels very solid in the hand. I have to be the hard disk and RAM, more than sufficient, but if I wanted to upgrade, Lenovo complicated the process, unlike other manufacturers who dig for them. The Atom processor has been described as "prison, but I have not noticed any slowness in OS X with integrated graphics, is not streaming video like YouTube and Huluperfect, but it is with my G4 1.5 GHz with 1.25 GB of RAM: a bit choppy, but watchable bound. The same could be said for every atom netbook, and I think more RAM would be useful.

As with all netbooks, the plan, the compromise includes small form factor and low price keep:

1) The keyboard of the S10 uses the standard – the punctuation is everything that you expect to be – but the right shift key is a half size to make room for the up arrow to make the I thinkDoing a lot. With more practice, this would not be a problem, and my only real complaint from the keyboard layout. If it would really bug you will get S10-2, which has a shift key to right-size.

2) The Amazon ships this model with a 3-cell battery, and even further down the brightness with wifi, only the input, I do not have to take a position in 02:45 off of him. Here again, the S10-2 is a better option because it comes with a 6-cell battery (5.5 hours, easily). Anyway, ifThey have a 6-cell battery, it will remain a little, and the proposal for the computer to a slight angle.

3) The S10 comes just two USB ports. For me it was enough, but the performance may vary. The S10-2 comes with three USB ports, but the ExpressCard slot.

I need a microphone, but if you Skype or iChatw / video, i think, all USB microphone that works well with 10.6. I prefer the S10 over the S10-2 only here, because the webcam works with iChat on the S10-2, not on Skype or Photo Booth. The S10-2 could not sleep, which is very irritating after a while. The S10 has no sleep problems, as long as you change a setting in System Preferences.

Overall I'm happy with the S10. He threatened, but they do not bother me, especially for the price. I will be happy to hang what AppleNews anything comparable in size.

Similar to the previous D250, but change is an improvement from my point of view, and the price is still unbeatable. SODIMM Swap in a larger storage capacity and a hard drive with higher capacity could not be easier. Upgrade to a real (not started), not Windows 7 is bad, and the operating system works well. Bluetooth works well, and this model, it is activated by a hotkey.
No one mentioned the charger outboard engines, but this model is a remarkable feature: it is small andLight, turns with a power cord and plug, 90 degrees.
The only thing I would change? The glossy surface of the top is a magnet for fingerprints.

I bought an Acer Aspire One back for a while, and we have had problems connecting to our wireless home network. several phone calls and "chat" attempts have been to a total loss of time the communication was with someone in Indonesia who could not speak, correct English. Their reactions ranged from "It's a problem with your ISP's, we can not help you (Internet Service Provider said no definitely not our problem, the problem of the netbook and Acer) You should run recovery '(Which is not to work successfully, despite the passage of each step, the letter) to "you need to buy a recovery CD $ 20 here, and you have 7 days from receipt of the CDs that have a problem with him" …. It is a laptop.
1st The buttons are easy to type.

Except, of course, a few minor problems.

1st He did not come with a CD for the operating systems. What happens if it fails? Give us a call or customer service via e-mail?
2nd The multi-gesture pad is not as sensitiveas it is comfortable for me. Sometimes it works great. Other times, I make several attempts before it works.
3rd The surface is not very smudge-proof. Once the protective film is removed, you can see your fingerprints very easily.

I always recommend this notebook to others. And the most important question for me is the OS CD I would have liked to have.

Overall I am very happy with the LT2114u, but there are some shortcomings. The advantages and disadvantages, after about four weeks of use. This is my first Netbook of the way so that they have used only my impressions, previously scheduled books.

Benefits
1st The battery is great. It was announced at 10:00 clock and I have about 6 showed the use of light and electricity meters for about 30% left.

2nd It is very easy
3rd Peace
4th Boots very fast with XP. I wouldin less than 20 seconds. Shutdown seems just as fast.
5th Application performance is decent and I think it with a laptop 4 years old Athlon CPU, I would have to be committed. Basically disadvantages fine, no problem in general (see)
6th on Wireless-N network. Seems to be able to impose a fine stream video

Cons
1st Bluetooth radio. I had problems with one day. I think it is a problem, but the documentation does not specify whether the system is normal or not. I think it's a hardware or software error.Basically, the Bluetooth radio does not stay enabled after a shutdown and startup. It remains under stress, or sleep after hibernation.

2nd Bluetooth wireless seems to be losing the connection a few minutes and connect I have to enable / disable the radio for him with my bluetooth mouse (MS Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000)
