Acer Aspire One AOA150-1126 8.9-Inch Netbook – White Review
Customer Reviews
I bought this computer I use at school for notes and writing papers, but I used it for almost everything because I get it. It is faster than expected (faster than my dear Piece of C *** HP Tablet), but one of the first things I did when I bought this computer was to remove all unnecessary bloatware. It is bright enough that when I drop my bag, I do not know notes, and the battery lasts a good five hours, sometimes more, which is surprisingbecause it is also good for adveritised 2.5. The keyboard is a little strange at first, but now that I'm used to it, my typing has become much faster and more accurately on the small keys. I bought the brown copper, which is a nice, quiet, but Brown interesting (it is almost the color of cola, coffee or a chandelier). My only complaint is that the speakers at the bottom of the lower front of the computer are, so if you are a laptop as the sound muffled. Oh, and the screenhas a fairly large plastic border … I am sure there is a mechanical reason for this, but another computer of this size have smaller borders with larger screens and are therefore a total of the same size. I mean, I bought the 8.9 because I wanted a small computer, not a smaller screen.
All in all, this is a computer very little. Perfect fit to spare on the desks Colleges tiny space, did not crash once a month, I got it, and it is faster than Vista on XP (IImagine that this is still faster if I completely dump XP and load Linux). Another interesting note, I was near a girl with a new Eee PC the other day sitting, and we started at the same time. With his time was loaded and ready, I was already kneeling in notes and had three other programs open and running. Why, why Acer Did you have to interrupt this great little laptop? Even my So who bloody love is a Mac user of this computer.

When I was a kid, we had to get up off the couch to change the TV channel – Jason Kirkfield – Rocky Mountain High
At the time, weighed thirty pounds laptops. Let's see you sissy boys to your diet High-fructose corn syrup are trying to do that without the circulation in the legs wraps. Think of the Kaypro II? Regarded as an accessory to war games. And like many technologies the early 1980s, the feature seems almost Aged Stone now. The monitor only one color (green fluorescent!). For two giants, most floppy drives and 64K of RAM (and no hard disk at all), my family has paid almost five timesAspire One cost me in 2008.
I've learned my lesson: Next time I want a computer, I wait twenty-five years to buy it!
So you do not believe this review a joke in the Tuscan whole milk 1 gallon, 128 ounces, or even ice hockey puck is 6 ounces, let me tell you how pleased I with the Aspire One that I really clean and I, in fact, on which I write here I write this. It is durable, functional and very valuable. It seems fantastic (in white). I always get tons ofCompliments, almost two years after purchase.
Built-in camera, built-in wireless card, 160 GB hard drive, 1 GB RAM, 1.60 GHz Intel Atom chip, more than 4 hours of battery life (battery capacity is 16.4%, depending on battery), Windows XP, multiple USB ports and card reader and a wide screen Nice. Overall, a mobile computing solution is ideal for four hundred dollars. Wish I had the DeLorean from the year 1983.

Very sharp! Just one problem… – Nina Williams –
Note that I'm considering a netbook uses. The Acer us is very strong. The blue is beautiful. If blue is the color of the FAV, opt for the Blue Sapphire! The screen is excellent resolution with bright colors and very high. Fast for a netbook. Very responsive. Six battery offers a lot of time – more than six hours on a single charge. The only problem I have with a stick broadband. you do not need to know now, why not accept the netbook, it will – other netbooks are. Otherwise, it would be a five starReview.
Problem after 18 months -gentely used ! – Wen_c82 – Los Angeles, CA
I bought a Netbook Aspire One White (8.9-inch 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270, 512 MB RAM, 8 GB Solid State Drive) 8 to use September as I travel alone – so I probably used a total of 120 hours or so in the past 18 months. I loved it – it's easy and fast to start, despite the fact that I know nothing about Linux, I was happy with him. But a few weeks ago I took it out to use and found that the first battery has just died completely. Ok, that's ok I can buy another battery. But Ialso got the sun is a star / bar (new item) that prevented me from connecting to wired and wireless. I googled and found a couple of users with the same problem without solution. After an exhaustive search I finally Acer contacted by e-mail on this topic, the answer to my return was the warranty has expired and you can try to restore the system to factory settings or contact representatives of their service (additional charge) to to help you. I do not have a recovery disc for the original purchase (goods shippedby Amazon, not a third party) so I suppose anyway tried Acer, you do pay more. Given that I received great care from my computer and have a "gentlely" is used, this is not a negotiation, and Acer does not care about some of their users.
This is the first time, and I would own an Acer.

As others have reported. You have 3-4 hours per week for the use of about eight months, no electrical activity at all. If you have not been exposed to peak voltage (unplugged). Not worth fixing, now a paperweight.
